Demuth Investment Trust sp. z o. o. as the Manager of the Alternative Investment Company (“ASI”) in compliance with the requirements arising from the ASI Act, hereby informs:
ASI operates as an alternative investment company managed externally within the meaning of the ASI Act, conducting investment activities based on an entry in the register of alternative investment funds (register no.: PLZASI00239), kept by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (“Commission”). Therefore, ASI and the ASI Manager are subject to the supervision of the Commission on the principles set out in the provisions of the ASI Act and the implementing acts to this Act.
On September 29, 2023, an amendment to the ASI Act entered into force, which introduced changes regarding, among others, functioning of ASI, obligations of ASI, rights of ASI investors, and disposal of participation rights in ASI (“Amendment to the ASI Act”).
In connection with the above, the ASI Manager presents information: – regarding a reliable presentation of the financial situation of ASI, – the risk related to the acquisition of participation rights in an alternative investment company, and – the principles and scope of supervision exercised by the Commission over ASI in the attached communication (PDF file) below.
