Who we are (Vision)
DEMUTH Investment Trust was founded and is managed by two very experienced investment firms. Demuth Group and Business Investment Trust (BIT) have been operating on the CEE markets for over 25 years and have been running loan investments since 2015. Their staying power and success make them reliable investment partners for the long haul.

HOW WE WANT TO DO IT
Due Diligence
Out of a large pool of potential credit applicants, less than 10% pass our due diligence. A number of small to medium loans are chosen as new Investments.
Securing the Security
Instead of one large collateral security, DEMUTH prefers to spread the risk between small and medium real estate collateral. Furthermore, this collateral secures all of our capital, so we created contracts which allow us to access the real-estate-collateral without a court process,If needed.
Inviting as Co-investors
After everything is completely secure, DEMUTH invites you to join as co-investors. The investment process is easy and secure.
